Most environments are more than just endpoints. Add-ons stack on top of your tier. Secondary Device works on either tier (different price per tier). Infrastructure add-ons (Firewall, Server, Network Device) work on either tier at the same per-unit rate. Compliance Support is the only add-on restricted to Managed+.
