How much does managed IT cost per user per month in Phoenix?

Between $65 and $150 per seat per month, depending on whether you want a security baseline (MSP Light, $65) or full managed services (MSP Managed+, $150). Managed+ includes vCIO strategy sessions, compliance support, multi-site coverage, and field deployment.

What's included in the $150/seat Managed+ price?

24/7 helpdesk, endpoint monitoring and patching, advanced cybersecurity (managed EDR, SOC monitoring), Microsoft 365 management, backup and disaster recovery, quarterly vCIO reviews, and priority response SLA. Compliance support (PCI, HIPAA) is bundled. Infrastructure items — firewalls, servers, network devices — are itemized add-ons rather than rolled in.

Is there a minimum seat count?

MSP Light starts at 5 seats. Managed+ starts at 5 seats. Multi-site operators above 25 seats are custom-quoted because the deployment work itself is a service we price separately.

What's the difference between MSP Light and Managed+?

Light is a security baseline with helpdesk — appropriate when you have IT under control but want patching, endpoint monitoring, and a 24/7 phone number. Managed+ is everything Light covers plus the strategy layer (vCIO), compliance work, multi-site rollouts, and advanced cybersecurity. Compliance is not available on Light by design; it requires the Managed+ stack to enforce.

What's a "secondary device" add-on?

The per-seat rate covers one primary device (typically a laptop or desktop). If a user also has a tablet, phone, or second workstation that needs managed coverage, that's the Secondary Device add-on. Adds a flat per-device fee on top of the per-seat.

Do you charge for break-fix work outside the contract?

Managed+ is all-inclusive for everything in the feature list — no surprise hourly billing for in-scope work. Out-of-scope projects (an office build-out, an Active Directory migration, SOC 2 audit prep) are quoted separately as scoped projects. We tell you up front when something will be a project versus included.

How long is the contract commitment?

Initial-term rates are guaranteed; we don't move the price during the term. Specific term length depends on the size of the deployment work — we put it on the Free Assessment quote rather than committing to a one-size-fits-all number here.
