    Stage

    Hardware lands at our facility, gets imaged and configured, kitted by site, and labeled.

    Ship

    Pre-built kits go directly to each site, scheduled for the install window.

  4. 04

    Install

    Local technicians execute the install with documentation we provide. Phoenix coordinates remotely.

  5. 05

    Validate

    Site-by-site QA. You get a punch list — what passed, what didn't, what's being followed up.

  6. 06

    Handoff

    Documentation, asset records, and any open items handed to your IT team or to FCG's recurring managed service.
