What we collect

When you visit a page on this site we record an anonymous event in our own database — page path, the time, and an opaque visitor ID stored in your browser. We use this to understand which pages get used and which forms convert. We don't sell any of it.

If a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured for the site, we also pass the same events to Google Analytics. This helps the marketing team understand traffic patterns without us building every dashboard from scratch.

What we don't collect

• We don't track you across other sites.
• We don't sell or rent your data.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers — no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn pixel, no ad-network beacons.

How to turn it off

Click the button below (or the "Do not track" link in the footer of every page). We'll set a flag in your browser's local storage that suppresses both Google Analytics and our internal event recorder for this browser, on every page.

Forms you submit

When you submit a contact, Free Assessment, or AI Readiness Check form, we save what you entered to our database and send a notification to the relevant FCG inbox. We use that information only to respond to your request.

Chatbot conversations

When you use the chatbot we record your messages and the assistant's replies so we can improve the experience and debug problems. The chatbot uses the Anthropic API to generate responses; we don't share your messages with anyone outside FCG and Anthropic.
